A: We use USPS, UPS, and Fedex Ground for shipping. They have the best rates and delivery options. Most of our items have free shipping. After all, most of us would rather spend our money on clothing and accessories, not shipping charges!!!
Q: How Are Returns Handled?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sassy Sweet Somethings, please contact us w/in 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are returning your item. Please include your name, item description, and order number in your email.
You may return your item in its original condition, with all original packaging & tags within 7 days of receipt. This means your return package must be postmarked w/in days of receipt.
Original condition means that your item(s) must be clean, unworn, and free from odors including cigarette smoke, perfumes, etc. with all tags intact.
Upon receipt and thorough inspection, we will credit your account with the original payment method. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all orders.
Earrings, intimate items, swimwear, & sale items are non-returnable.
You, the buyer are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded when merchandise is returned.

Q: Is your silver jewelry sterling?
A: At this time, most of our jewelry is made of "lead & nickel compliant" alloy metals. Some is made of rhodium, which is a high grade metal. We do plan to add sterling silver jewelry in the very near future; all sterling silver jewelry will be noted as such!
Q: What does lead & nickel compliant mean when referring to the jewelry you sell?
A: The term "lead compliant and nickel compliant" means that the piece of jewelry conforms to the standards set forth by the Consumer Product Information Act which was signed into law in 2008. Please note that our jewelry is for adults only! Our high end costume jewelry is purchased from vendors in the USA. Some of it is imported by these vendors and some is made in the USA. Sara (one of SSS owners) has been selling jewelry from these same vendors for many years and has never had one piece returned or complained about!
